Firm Advisor - Dr. Rebecca Gilliland, APR

Rebecca Gilliland is the advisor for Top Dog Communication.  She is the Department Chair and Professor of Communication at UIndy. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her children, playing and watching sports, being outdoors, and being somewhat goofy. Though directionally impaired, she loves to travel and has lived and visited all over the world.

Account Executive: Thomas Gismondi 

Thomas Gismondi is a junior majoring in communication with an emphases in electronic media and public relations with a minor in business administration. This is his third semester in Top Dog, with his past clients including the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir and Prescribe Love. Thomas is currently a promotions assistant for Emmis Communications and the promotions director for WICR FM. In his free time, Thomas enjoys listening to live music, spending time with friends and exploring Indianapolis.

​Account Executive - Taylor Strnad

​Taylor Strnad is a senior double major in psychology and communication with an emphasis in public relations from Cleveland, Ohio. This is her fourth semester in Top Dog. Her past clients include The Starfish Initiative, The Indianapolis Symphonic Choir and Peyton’s Promise. This summer, she finished interning with Yemoja’s Media, a small media company based out of Cleveland. Taylor will be the president of PRSSA this fall, as well as the Managing Editor for The Reflector. In her free time she loves to travel and hangout with her friends and family.

​Account Executive - Bradley Vaughan

Bradley Vaughan is a senior communication major with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in criminal justice. This is Bradley’s second year in Top Dog Communication, he has previously held positions as a Account Associate and Account Coordinator. In the past, he has worked with the Master of Arts in Public Relations at the University of Indianapolis and the Bloom Project. Bradley is also the fundraising chair for the PRSSA. In his free time he likes to hangout with friends, play basketball and video games.

Firm Director - Marissa Beck

Marissa Beck is a senior majoring in communication with a focus in public relations. She has also minored in visual communication design. She thoroughly enjoys working with people and finding her passion through her work.
​This will be her fifth semester in Top Dog Communication. When she is not at school or work, she loves hanging out with family and friends She also loves helping out on the family farm and practicing her photography skills. After college, Marissa wants to work at a firm or a non-profit that she is passionate about and can continue to grow at.

​Account Executive - Kyle Jeanor

Kyle is a current junior at the University of Indianapolis double majoring in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and Theatre with a concentration in Performance/Directing. Kyle was an Account Associate with Top Dog Communications last year and is very excited to make the jump to Account Executive. Outside of the Communications department you could find Kyle onstage in recent productions at UIndy where he played Dr. Givings in In the Next Room and Danny in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea. He is also an avid soccer fan and die hard supporter of the Indy Eleven, has a slight addiction to Mexican food, and has a Funky Pop! Collection that is way too large.

Account Executive - Amanda Mumphrey

Amanda Mumphrey is a sophomore communication major with a concentration in public relations. This is Amanda’s second year in Top Dog Communication with her past clients including the Uindy Masters of Art in Public Relations program and Prescribe Love. Amanda is also involved in the Presidential Ambassador program here at Uindy and loves to be involved with campus activities. Outside of school she likes to hangout with friends and family as well as watch scary movies with her cat. In the future she hopes to work for a nonprofit organization that helps those in need. ​
