FAQ
How do I become a client?
If you are a local nonprofit that is interested in becoming a client for Top Dog Communication, you can fill out the client application that is found under the Client Application tab and email it to the firm advisor, Dr. Rebecca Gilliland. Rebecca's email address is [email protected]
What can I expect if I am a client?
If you are a client for TDC, you will be paired with a student account executive and team of students. You will have an initial meeting with the team to discuss what will benefit your nonprofit organization. The account executive will decide on an objective and plan of action. The team will create tactics throughout the semester and the account executive will be in constant contact with you via weekly emails and meetings.
Do I need to pay to be a client?
No, the work we do for our clients is pro-bono. We do have you sign a contract with the students that says they will not receive any payment from you, but they will be able to use the tactics they make for you in their professional portfolios, as well as submit them for awards competitions. If anything needs to be printed in bulk (brochures, flyers, etc.) you must provide that expense.
